NAMCO Management LLP
NAMCO Management LLP is the organizer, owner and proprietor for Novice Arbitration Mooting Competition. We are a not for profit organisation. The establishment of NAMCO is to promote mooting, legal skills and education amongst law students and young practitioners through workshops, training, conferences and competitions.
In 2014, NAMCO Management, established under the Registration of Business Act 1956, acts as the sole event owner and organiser for Novice Arbitration Mooting Competition (NAMCO) and any other related events.
Understanding the importance to emerge and meet the challenges of the current market, in 2016, NAMCO Management has changed its corporate structure to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Malaysian Limited Liability Partnership Act 2012 and currently known as NAMCO Management LLP.
Our vision is to be an organization that provides a platform for young talents to develop their legal skills and expose them to real-life legal challenges and disputes. To achieve this vision, we aspire to organize more competitions that focus on developing the various aspects of legal skils and education.

Auzan Syaidi Abdul Lateh is the Managing Director for NAMCO Management LLP. Graduated with Bachelor of Legal Studies (BLS) (Hons.) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, he then pursued his Master of Law in Public International Law (LLM) at the University of Manchester. He is currently the Vice President Legal & Secretarial at Jentayu Sustainables
Marlysa Razak is the Director of Finance at NAMCO Management LLP. Graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA previously she was a Partner at Messrs. Richard Wee Chambers and currently she is a Legal Manager at Hitachi.

Haeme Hashim is the Director of Operation for NAMCO Management LLP. Graduated with Bachelor of Legal Studies (BLS) (Hons.) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), he then pursued his LLM in International Commercial Law (LLM) at Cardiff University, UK. Currently, he is the Managing Partner at Messrs. HAEME LEW, and a member of the Chartered Islamic Finance Institute (CIIF), and Chartered Tax Institute Malaysia (CTIM).
Nurhadi Zainol is the Director of Branding & Marketing at NAMCO Management LLP. Graduated with Bachelor of Legal Studies (BLS) (Hons.) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia, and now he is the Partner at Messrs. HAEME LEW.
RWC - NAMCO SPORTS ARBITRATION MOOTING COMPETITION
RWC-NAMCO Sports Arbitration Mooting Competition 2021 (SAMCO) is the brain child of Richard Wee of Messrs Richard Wee Chambers (RWC), the leading law firm in Sports Law in Malaysia. Namco Management LLP (NAMCO), being a veteran and an organisation with vast experience in organising and managing mooting competitions, is honoured to be collaborating with RWC for SAMCO 2021.
As the name suggests, SAMCO 2021 is a sports arbitration-based mooting competition sets to expose law students to the areas of sports law and real-life experience of conducting hearings before the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS). Since sports arbitration possesses slightly peculiar and specific rules only meant for sports, SAMCO 2021 aims to provide a platform to law students to acquire better understanding of dispute resolution and issues in the sports world.
Other than that and similar to any other mooting competitions, SAMCO 2021 will be a great opportunity for law students to equip themselves with advocacy and research skills with meticulous applications of the law and critical thinking before they venture into the real-world towards their desired career.
SAMCO 2021 will be opened at international level and we welcome mooters from around the world to participate in this inaugural sports arbitration mooting competition.
Novice Arbitration Mooting Competition
Novice Arbitration Mooting Competition (NAMCO) is an arbitration-based mooting competition that is open to all law students who have never participated in any national or international mooting competition and are welcomed to experience the workings of arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution themselves.
NAMCO acts as a platform to groom young talents for future legal challenges and to expose students to real-life legal disputes. The participants shall be able to utilize meticulous applications of the law and critical thinking in the research and oral presentation parts of the competition.
NAMCO, as an international level competition, warmly welcomes the participation of all novice mooters from all over the world to participate in the upcoming Novice Arbitration Mooting Competition.
